Consultation Services Our consultation services include web site design, and many aspects of direct marketing business processes, including internal process flow. We also provide consulting services in several telecommunications products and processes, and network installation, maintenance and administration. If needed, we can also consult with you in certain types of software acquisition and use. For our web site clients, we offer our initial consultation up to one hour, free of charge. The purpose of this free consultation is to determine whether we can communicate well and whether we are a good match with you in developing a site and processes that will support your business. During the process of developing your web site, we will be advising you of the format and method for receiving sales, questions and feedback from your internet customers. We will also be available to answer your questions via email. There will be two additional meetings during the course of development to demonstrate the progress of the site, during which time you may have some revised ideas and some input about elements that may not have been included in the original specifications. In many cases, we are able to incorporate changes into the ongoing work, or to develop work-arounds. In some cases, the change requested can impact the project significantly, in which case we will write another proposal to inform you of the cost and timeframe to incorporate the modification. It is occassionaly determined that other business elements need to be considered when implementing the new internet market segment, such as telephone system upgrades, order processing flow, record keeping procedures, payment processing issues, internal network configuration, etc. We usually have good sources of hardware for network systems. We also can refer clients to companies with whom we have developed good working relationships in the areas of telecommunications products and payment processing.
